Peter J. Houde, CPA, MSA, MST – partner

Peter Houde is an audit partner with over 25 years of experience serving a variety of privately-held clients, including clients within the manufacturing, distribution, retail, service and not-for-profit industries. Peter’s responsibilities include the management and direction of his clients’ audits, reviews and tax return preparation services. Peter has significant audit experience working with not-for-profit organizations. Peter has an excellent working knowledge of the various Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements for not-for-profit organizations and the review and filing of clients' Form 990.

Paul E. Houde, CPA, JD – partner

Paul E. Houde is an audit partner with over 50 years of experience serving a variety of privately held clients, and with extensive experience in the auditing of institutions of higher education and federal financial assistance programs. Paul has significant experience working with clients on their financing plans and providing suggestions to clients of ways to mitigate risks and exposures in their financial and operational departments. Paul’s role as an independent review partner on many of the firm’s client engagements provides a second level of review and consultation with respect to key and significant accounting transactions and the financial statements.
